Notice! - WINDOWS XP USERS!
The Microsoft (VM) Virtual
Machine is required to view our JAVA Tours:
With microsoft's feud against Sun Microsystems,
they have elected to NOT include The JAVA Virtual Machine in their
recent releases of Windows XP. So what does this mean? If you
are experiencing difficulties with viewing the Virtual Tours and
have a current version of XP you will have to download and install
the JAVA Virtual Machine from Microsoft separately; to do so click
one of the following links:
(You only need to click
one of the links below, they all lead to the same file. Installing
the following software will also solve JAVA issues on Windows
2000, Windows 95/98, Windows Me, Windows NT stations also.)
Steps to install the Microsoft Virtual
Machine:
- Download the file using the links above and save it to your
hard drive.
- Once the file is on your hard drive, execute it and thus load
the Virtual Machine.
- As the file begins execution, answer Yes to the License Agreement
question and then once complete, re-boot your PC.
- Once the PC is re-booted you should be set to go.

This checklist
is compiled on Recommended configuration
standards. If your computer(s) do NOT have all of our recommended
updates, you CAN still run the Virtual Tours and
other technologies on this site. However, we do NOT guarantee
success, nor will we take any support calls regarding difficulties.
- Checklist:
- Screen Resolution: set to 1024 by 768 (Recommended
Only)
- Your Resolution is set to:
- Screen Colors or Color Quality should be set to the HIGHEST
video quality available.
- Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP-Home, and XP-Pro
- Mac OS 9x, and X
- 300mhz Processor, 64 RAM
- Bandwidth or Internet Connection Speed 28.8K (Minimum) 256K
(Recommended)
Resolutions for "common problems":
- Virtual Tours to dark?
- Make sure your screen brightness and contrast are at an
appropriate level. See your monitor's manual for more information.
- Quality is poor in Virtual Tour?
- First make sure that your "Video Card" is set
to it's HIGHEST quality setting, and that under your "Display
Properties", your color settings are set to the HIGHEST
level possible. (Most colors)

in High Professional Video Production and Web Streaming.

Our Virtual Tours are best viewed
with an Internet connection of 256k or above. However, speeds
as low as 28K will work. If you have a slow Internet connection
and are having difficulties viewing the Virtual Tours,
contact the real estate agent or builder and request one
of their "Business Card CD's". Our Business
Card CD's do not need an Internet connection they run directly
from the CD-ROM drive!
